Color question

Does anyone know which peugeots were painted magnum grey metallic, as that is what mine is now painted. I have not heard of the color before, i was suppose to order steel grey but it came as this magnum grey, it looks great but which models had it. It is quite a dark grey as well but it has not shown many imperfections in the body so i am happy with the result.

I just had a look on the paint codes and it appear that Steel and Magnum have the same code :confused: How odd

Looks a bit like Astor, which came on 306s, but don't know where Magnum is from.

I have also just found out that steel and magnum have the same code, so how do i order touch up paint. This is what it looks like anyway, at least ive got a bit left for touch ups.

Well it certainly isn't the same as Steel Grey! How can they have the same code?! :confused:

The colorcode for Gis Magnum = M1TA / ETA

If you change the number in the link you can get every year upto 2001. The matrix indicates wich color was possible on which model.

Hey guys. Just joined up. Love the forum it's great.
I have a 106 Zest 2 (1.1) 1998 model, it's metallic silver (and has black bumpers.) I need some touch up paint and I'm not sure which type paint it has and needs.
Shouldn't the colour code be printed somewhere on the car? Couldn't find anything.

Try on the passenger side strut top or on a little label on the inside of the drivers door :)
