The tyres are the right profile, so thats fine, but what width are the wheels. You will need arch work, rolling means that they bring the arch lip out so it gives more room so the wheels dont catch. Being a base model, you will definately need arches rolling and i would lower it 40mm all round to get it to look good.

As they are 7 inch wide, you might have trouble getting them to stay within the rear arches, really you should be getting 6.5 x 16, but if it gets the arches rolled and 195/ 40 16`s then you may get away with it. You will not get 45`s to fit without rubbing. Ive had 195/ 45 16`s on my xsi and they still rubbed, and they have wider arches being an xsi. If you want them, get them but be prepared for a load of arch work to stop them scrubbing, but it can be done.

You will still need arch work, but not as much, and you will be able to lower it if they do the arch work right.

They are still 7 inch wide, just the title makes them sound like 6 inch.
