Best thing to do is weld a nut to the snapped bolt and just wind it out. You'll probably need a new wheel bearing (£15-£20) a hub and a hydraulic press. Easy enough to do if you can get the gear, no fun at all if you can't. Try the welded nut thing first. Any garage worth thier salt will get it out in a second.

No need for a new hub mate. Mat106 managed to get a snapped wheel nut out of Wizza's car by drilling it out

Take the brake disk off. It will probably leave you with more exposed thread. Heat the area around the bolt and remove with mole grips or similar.

stud exctractor set, wd40 and drill. drill out middle of bolt using lots of wd40 to cool then use stud exctractor set remove from hub. I had this problem was a bitch to fix but I'm glad i did it this way much easier.
