i thinks its 35mm a time. It's a pretty rubbish ammount actually because one notch isnt much and the second is quite alot so maybe its not 35. 45???

1 notch = not enough
2 notches = just about right
3 notches = waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to low

and they all = fubar rear axle

its supposed to be about 25mm per notch or something daft like that not totally sure though as it varies from forum to forum etc, your better off lowering it the other way then you get pretty much the height you want

you take out the torsion bar... move the trailing arm to exactly the correct ride height and put the torsion bar back in.

As fast as the notches method and a helluva lot more accurate

spose you have to use a ruler or something?

ha ha a ruler, use a measuring tape, meausre from the center of the hub to the arch to how low you want to go,but measure before you lower it so you know how much to lower it by.

reverse on to a brick or a block of wood and get the jack under and have a look ?

it really is easy... ive made a solid shock out of a bit of tube and some nuts so i can lock the beam where i want it (so get the same for both sides)

then you push the bar back in. if it doesnt fit you rotate the bar a bit as the splines are offset. easy easy and doesnt take long at all.

they are completely adjustable to any height you want really

ok so i measured mine before i took my axle apart. i done it from wheel arch to top of disk (got standard disks) and got 310 n/s and 280 o/s. so if i want it 10 mm lower each side (from the lowest side) do i do them both at 270?
also any idea how low it were before i took the axle apart (roughly), or what it is standard so i can work out what measurement i want if say i want it 50mm on the back. cheers.
