Some Of You May Have Seen My Rant From Yesterday...

Anyway, In There I Kinda Described One Of My Problems, So I Thought Id Describe It In A Bit More Detail An See If I Can Get Some Help...

Anyway About 2-3 Days Ago I Put A Mates Old Induction Kit On My Car Just To See What It Would Be Like, But Since Then My Car Seems As Though Its Lost All Its Power, It Will Not Redline Even When Stationary And In Neutral, And Refuses To Go Over About 90mph...

What Could Of Caused This And How Could It Be Resolved, Is It A Sensor..?

Cheers...

Redline = bad (unless your Aidy)

above 90mph = stupid.

put your old set up back on, you must have hit something when swapping them over.

Lol, Im Not Sayin I Redline It Everywhere Haha, But Wont Go Above 5,000rpm, Feels Like It Struggles...

Im Also Not Sayin I Speed Everywhere Lol, But It Should Do 90mph Easy...

And Ive Put My Old Filter Back On An The Problem Still Persists...

look in that area at all the sensors and check that they are all plugged into the loom properly. you may want to give them a clean while your there to.

STOP TYPING IN CAPITALS!

Assuming the kit if fitted properly, you probably havnt plugged the sensors back in.

HAHA.

anyway this is my fault but im pretty sure im capable of fitting an induction kit, was only temporary as i no their shite and do nothing for performance.

Took all the plugs out of the throttle body made sure they were plugged in fine, unplugged the ecu, unplugged the batt, still it wont perform.

its like the engines gone into safe mode or something strange...

if its still not right and you checked all connections etc then i would get a diagnostics test done before replacing sensors

if all the plugs are in etc i cant see the problem being the induction.

have a look at other symptoms,
