Engine not starting sometimes

As I tell everyone who asks... check your earths mate, mine wasnt starting, got advised to check them, and my g/box earth was fooked, so got it re-mounted, and kapow, works fine now :)

Does the engine sound as though its trying to start? Also can you hear the fuel pump kicking in? Plus as said above ^

disconnect your battery then reconect it see if it starts, my car does it now and again have no idea why? if anyone knows anything more about that? lol

mine does it but i thaught it was due to my emobiliser??? i jus take key out n then turn key till fuel pump goes thn do it again bout 3 times n it starts???

Might be a dodgy fuel pump relay, mine does it from time to time. Just turns over but wont fire, leave it a while, or put a live feed to the pump and it works.
