does any body know how the plastic bit at the back on the engine comes off where the bottom rad hose fits on to as mine has snapped and have 2 days to strip find parts and sort it many thanks rich

take it you mean the plastic bit of pipe? if so it should be held on with 2 10mm bolts if i remember correctly.

yh but the plastic bit is smashed to bits took the to 10mm bolts of and stil will not budge. its not part of the block is it as that the last i need lol

hmm when i put mne in it only sat flush with the block with a seal inside it. Have to tried gently prising it away from the block with screwdriver.

yh its 12 years old so it fall to bits put my finger inside and it goes rite back as if its part of the block but it could just be so tight it feels flush

got it out was about 4inch and like a corkscrew thanks for your help
