Door locks

Need some help please guys, trying to swap the locks on my doors. Ive got as far as taking the door cards off and the white inner skin. I just can't figure out how to remove the lock.
Any help and pics would be great!

just get a wee torch and have a look around and then take a step back and look at what u think you will need to remove to get that part out of there. its a learning curve for u m8

Yeh i did that before i posted, but couldn't figure it out, had a play but still no luck. Went to a local scrappy and found a fubard 106 door and had a practice on that, figured it out in the end, it's a bit like a supersized plate circlip kinda LOL
