Hi, i have got 2 peugeot 106's 1.1 zest models with the same fault now.
The fuel gauge and low fuel warning light don't work.
Checked all fuses and they are ok,wiring connector to fuel tank sender is also ok. There is a clicking noise coming from the grey coloured square relay mounted on fuse box behind glove compartment, i have removed the relay and checked the connections which seem to be ok.
Does anyone know how to test the fuel sender without removing it or is there an electrical test i can do on the block connector to the sender.
Would appreciate some help not sure where to look now.

cheers
dave
