About to leave on a camping trip and my 92, 106 xt starts to choke. At high revs its all good, at low revs it cuts out.
Any suggestions.

It sounds like its either overfuelling or the idle valve is going knackered, is it choking or just low idle.

when you rev the shit out of it it still goes! when it gets to under 3000 revs or under it will cut out. it wont low idle........ choke doesnt get the revs up.
when you get the revs up and driving it feels like you are bunny hoping. is it getting enough gas or not enough?

It sounds like the idle control is trying to bring the revs down al the time, but without it going on a diagnostic machine you could only guess, what are spare parts like over there, get it to a dealer to sort out as it will save money in the long run.
