Not sure if this belongs in engines buuuuuuut.
Ive seen alot of rocker covers that are painted aswell as polished... How do you do that? Do you Polish them up first then paint them or paint them then polish it up for a few months lol

Strip the paint off, then clean them up, polish like wanking no longer exists :)

theres a guide in the how to section if you want something to set you off in the right direction
i did my gti's back in may it doesnt take that long once you get going it makes a difference too heres mine before and after

I've had mine chromed, it saves the point of having to keep polishing them clean every other week. They are for sale if anyones interested......£150 posted.
