We'd prefer members from here in the session.
But I dont have a problem with it.
I think IIRC the maximum number for the session is like 35 so we aint to far off any way.
Plus if we dont fill it ourselves FCS will fill it for us with evenly matched cars.

As I have kept your session is a single car club one (thus far) you have potentialy 10 more slots to fill to make it a dedicated session. Full session is 35 cars on the 2.6 mile circuit.

There is still ten spaces left on this session which we hope will be filled up in due course with 106owners club members.

If we have any surplus left nearer the time they will go out on general sale but witha club this size we'd have hope to fill it.

so there is to be 35 cars on trrack regaurdless if there part of this club in the end then ???as we have booked Rockingham track AND exhbition area outright you need to sell as much track time as possible so that means filling sessions, If a club wants the luxuary of an exclusive session they'd have to buy 35 slots. Believe it or not the track is STILL subsidised at this price as Rock track is priced on the basis of 100 cars paying £225 for open pit which nets over 22k, with us selling it in the manner we do it only nets over 10k at the mo.

Yeah there will be breifings every hour or so in the 1st pit garage. You must attend it to get a wrist band for the track time and another to say you have attended a breifing.

You need to attend a briefing at least 2 hours before I think.

think they ran breifing sessions every hour or something last year and so long as you attend any one of them your ok to go on track


so cos we are on at 3 we have about 4 hours to get in and breifed at some point but we can go into any of them we dont need to all go together etc

For those of you who have paid for them through the club shop you should have a mail (PM) with all details for the collection of these from me on the day.

Session Time 15:00-15:30

Atleast ONE HOUR BEFORE you will need to go to garage 36 via the Foot tunnel to:


Show full driving license (valid in the UK) (Photocard and paper part).
Hand in the disclaimer on the back of the Ticket.
Attend briefing and collect wristband.
Collect Dashpass for car.

Crash helmets must be worn at all times, these can be your own or hired out on the day from Book a Track.

Miller from RTOC will be in the info cabin selling these slots on the day first thing so more than likley get your RTOC ticket then.

Print your order off and take it with you.

Info cabin is where the caterers were last year just over from the rolling road.

I left him a voicemail last night, no reply as yet but will update what his thoughts are as soon as.

i think thats what we might do. its geting a bit too late to buy them and then have them not turn up.

I will be offline after 4pm Thursday until after the show now so,

If there are anymore changes from Sale / Transfer etc to the track allocation please, both parties come and see me between 9 and 11 on the day of the show to collect the tickets.
I know its hassle for both parties, I just want to doubly make sure that I am not going to be giving someone else track pass out.

If one of you are not available through not attending etc then I will accept a confirming email as proof that the allocation has been transferred.

those of you how are selling you can always confirm with me via text (should have number from PM I sent to you regarding ticket collection) leaving Forum names for both parties etc etc.
