On ebay there a rip off, any ideas?

Buy a cheap PC PSU (250w) off ebay and get hold of a soldering iron, job done XD http://www.hackaday.com/2006/01/05/xbox-360-atx-power-supply/

Though if your not into electronics I strongly suggest not doing this!
