Socket Add on? Lifting Seats?

Hey,

I damaged the tool I was using to remove the seats in my pug 106? Whats the part again that is used to losen the 4 bolts on the chair holding it to the car?


Whats the propper name and size?

They are torx bolts

I think IIRC T40 Torx bits

Go to halfords and buy a set of torx sockets that fit your ratchet - 100x better than a torx screwdriver or anything like that!

My socket head actual twisted because the bolt was so tight! The torx head peice is now twisted, weird and broken lol.

thats what you get for buying cheap shit lol

glad you got it sorted.

best thing to do is try keep it as straight as possible or you might end up fuking the bolt of the torx socket. done that a few times myself

torx keys are ok but only for smaller stuff cause the big stuff will always be alot tighter.
