how much difference would it make by putting a vtr throttle bodie on a quiksilver? or do you get more performance by putting the whole vtr inlet manifold on a quiksilver?

your best off with the whole inlet manifold mate. the quicky one is about as wide as a drinking straw

yea was thinkin that, how hard is it to fit the vtr inlet manifold and how much power increase will it give?
There wont be a given amount of power it will increase by mate, each engine is different.
Dan C has got one on his and it said it moved the peak power higher up the rev range (bad for petrol) but he said there was far greater throttle response. :)
yep throttle response is great on my quiksilver with VTR throttle body

are they easy to fit and is there any re mapping that has to be done or do they go straight on?

no you just need to get a manifold from the same year as your car mate as it will be a good chance of it fitting
