Autoglym OR Megs?

Right, i'm about to go and clean the car a lil bit as im selling it and it looks like absolute cack lol!!

I've used megs stuff before which was ok, the gold class wash was really good, the tyre trim was good but the polish and the scratch x i found was really greasy and made the car look awful instead of nice and shiney, it looked well.. like someone had washed it in chip fat lol!

So.. do I go out and buy this?

(the one i would get would be cheaper, im just using this as an example?)

Also do autoglym do a scratch x type stuff? or can anyone reccommend a product for it?

personally i like the finish on mer polish, i've never had a bad finish from it. unlike some megs i used last week, took me like 8 times to get it back off,

also a good one is a autoglym polish i robbed off daddy, deep gloss shine. comes out lovely

Autoglym polish is really good, they do a scratch repair kit i think, im sure daddy's got some in the garage, just dont think ive needed to steal that one yet!

They both produce awesome products but im a Megs man, just prefer the products they do but i still have quite alot of Autoglym stuff and the Super Resin polish they do is quality :)

I find the super resin polish leaves to much dust behind, so im gonna give megs wax a try and see what thats like.

LOL ive used the tyre shine, its really good stuff. - good on bumpstrips too ;)

Well i went out and bought the autoglym intensive tar remover, super resin polish and paint renovator stuff

Then it started pissing it down so feck knows if theyre any good!!

got a megs clay kit to have a go with so we will see how that performs

i use both and tbh id say the megs iv got is better (i use autoglymm at work)

Neither if i had to choose, Poorboys - Is cheaper than both and the finish IMO is just as good as megs, if not better. :)

I've found autoglym really good for polishes, and ive never really favoured anything from the meguires range for touching the car body with, however the scratch X stuff is quite good :)

nopes dads porker one a concourse comp and he got loads of free zymol shit and it works better than the megs stuff i had previous

zymol waxes are really expensive, but im going to experiment with some of the stuff on detailing world :)

Only ever used autoglym, just a routine ive got into but megs is just as good

Personally I tend to use Autoglym, mainly cos i've already got loads of AG stuff, but come on... Steve swears by Megs, and we've all seen his car, so I think I may have to try some Meguiars when I run out of Autoglym. :D
