i-Trips give crap sound quality mate, really wouldn't recommend one unless you don't mind about that sort of thing

Not 100% sure what the current range of i-Pods are like, but I'm pretty sure unless you go for the basic i-Pod shuffle then you're gonna get more than just music playing capabilities. The most basic one with a screen (which you'll find you'll need, I went from a shuffle to a nano and I don't know how I coped with the shuffle's lack of screen!) is the nano 4gb.

Here's a link to the i-Pod website (http://www.apple.com/itunes/)

Hope that helps :)

the new version nanos look pretty darn nice, they come with video playback as well, unlike my version of the nano :(

Get the new iPod Nano Video Andy.. Im gunna be getting myself one.. Currently have the older style Nano in black, hooked up to the Head Unit.. Really handy item.. Always have it with me.. :)

All tunes on your laptop simply get copied & dragged into the iTunes library.. Sorted. :D

Mine has a iPod connection on the head unit.. A wire from the head unit, under the dash, then into the centre console.. :)

Your head unit has to be iPod compatible mate... There is a connection on the back of my head unit... I then bought a Alpine iPod wire connection, so the iPod could be connected.. :)

All available from Car Audio Direct.. :)
