Bought step 1 and 2 yesterday, cleaned the paint with 1 and it left the paint feeling rubbery, then i polished it with 2 and still didnt feel very good, wasn't impressed. Gave it an hour and it was brilliant, i know wax can take a while to cure but not polish, not that i know of anyway, is it always like this?
Also the paint cleaner looked like it had seperated even after a couple of good shakes, is that normal?
mine works fine did you clay it first?

no i didnt, did it not so long ago but its never felt like that before, felt worse after the paint cleaner than it did before
hmmm cant think why it did that then. maybe you didnt work the cleaner and polish in enough?
*im not saying that you cant wash a car:) LOL

Yeah, 3 step isn't the easiest stuff to work with! Its very sticky and hard to get off, the secret is dont let it dry, one panel at a time and then straight off.
The results are great though. IF you want, al post pics of my old car after a machine polish with 3 step.

well yea with the cleaner i did get carried away and did alot more than i should of at first i realised that but gave it a damned good buffing after that. With the polish i did the whole car and it came of fine. It was great later on im just wondering if its always like that.
The paint cleaner is slightly worrying on how it comes out the bottle, its like a liquid with white blobs in it, is it meant to be a smooth liquid?

I no what your thinking, 'I could get them results by hand', maybe you could, but the colour was so rich and deep after that, not bad for 10 year old paint :)

did you use one of those things that you can get from argos/halfrauds that just buffs it?

Yeah, a random orbital machine polisher. I applyed it with that and took it off by hand.
