Dargs mate you remember on QPC you posted that guide to spraying your alloys

Could you write one up again mate? :D

I'm planning on getting some paint when I get paid and putting my steel wheels back on for a week and spraying my vts wheels black or anthracite :D

This could come in helpful for me too. If it's not too difficult I'm thinking of spraying the cyclones myself to keep the costs down :) Thanks

for any one interested, just gti's do wheel refurb they can do centre/face of wheel a colour etc with polished lip, lot of places dont as its hassle. Just thought id mention that. cyclones look immense anthracite with polished lip, as do 205 gti wheels.

Still in the process of writing it, sorry for the delay peeps, i assure you it will be up very soon lol.

Afraid i cant really help you with that 1 Nikki, the way i got the curbing out of mine was to just sand it out,and then blend in the slope but it wasnt mega curbing so i got away with it.

I *think* most proffesional places weld it up or use filler.

Yeah james i have, i used chemical metal, it has worked better thank expected, it has sat in lovely and not to bad to sand down, and when it sets it obviously goes solid..... metal ;)
