Can someone confirm this

Been told by a mate that i can move my car without engine oil in aslong as i stick in neutral is he right? It has gearbox oil in also..
i just want to roll it into my garage it's about a car length away

engine oil is nothing to do with gearbox, is it? what ever u do dont start without oil in engine! dont be lazy just push it
