CD Changers

I have got a Sony CDX-R3000 Head unit, which have had for a couple years now.

Was looking at getting a changer to out in the boot to connect to it but I really havent got a clue about these things.

Would any sony changer fit and work correctly?
Or do i need to have a specific one for the head unit?

as far as i know aslong as they are the same brand they will work. dont quote me this though!
