Had a quick search and didnt see anything so here goes;

What would be the best time to arrive
Whos arranging the stand and how isit going to be setup
Banner like a FCS?

not sure what time they start letting clubs in but i`d advise to get there as early as sanely possible as cues get hideously long!!!

will be an a different club stand but will keep an eye out for you lot during my wanderings...

Its only a week and a half to go, also when do tickets get sent out, assuming the paypal address is used. I am aiming to get there for 7am, if that is the earliest we are allowed in, if im travelling down on the day. If not then i will be with some of the local group.

Think we'll just decide stand layout when we get there, see what space/location is like etc.

Think the gates open at 7.. need to double check this though

and yep the banner shall be in force :p

And we either need to think of somewhere local to meet or just meet in the show

Most of us are camping the night before so will convoy over from camp site :)

1. where we camping, do we need to book? are we allowed booze on site, fires etc some are funny lol?
2. whats happening with tickets? are they getting sent out??
3. if anyone would like me to make a cd with what ever song they like on, to be played by whoever has a good ice system then pm me lol

I will be camping, but im on the FSC stand. Any info on the camp site?

im going with another club (local one.... on-the-limit.co.uk) cos they got moody i wasnt with them for FCS. but ill be over at the stand a lot. its not too far for me. about 45 mins and hour so ill convoying with them. anyone around the midlands welcome to join us. meeting the same place as FCS. a6 roundabout at mcdoanlds/texaco at about 6.30am.

Hi all, I will be there with the pgac (again!), I have already received my tickets so expect them to be there this week. I hope I'll get to meet some of you this time. As for arrival times, I would get there well before 7 if I were you as it's going to be crazy again this year. Good luck to you all :)
